RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns must be requested within the return window. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after item inspection and email confirmation.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email once your order ships.
Delivery takes 3–8 business days post-dispatch, depending on location and courier. Delays may occur during peak times.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be canceled before processing or shipping. Once dispatched, return requests apply if eligible.
Customized or shipped orders can't be canceled. Exceptions, if any, are noted at checkout or on product pages.
